With over 15 years of experience in the Las Vegas food industry, Diana has worked as a pastry chef at Michelin Star restaurants and Five Diamonds Resorts. Her passion for healthy living, coupled with her extensive knowledge, inspired her to establish a business where not only individuals with dietary restrictions can indulge in satisfying pastries, but also where everyone can appreciate the new world of healthy and nutritious desserts.
