Nutriente Pastry Studio was founded by Diana Dimitrova, a pastry chef and a Certified Nutrition Coach with expertise in Nutritious Life Mastery. Diana is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, and her illustrious career spans experience at some of the country's most renowned restaurants and hotels.With over 15 years of experience in the Las Vegas food industry, Diana has worked as a pastry chef at Michelin Star restaurants and Five Diamonds Resorts. Her passion for healthy living, coupled with her extensive knowledge, inspired her to establish a business where not only individuals with dietary restrictions can indulge in satisfying pastries, but also where everyone can appreciate the new world of healthy and nutritious desserts.
